1 loop sterling silver blank ring bases?

Where can i find 1-3 loop sterling silver blank ring bases? i'm trying to make some cluster rings and am looking for something that looks like this: http://www.boks.com.au/cscart/image.php?object_type=detailed&image_id=1406&window=popup

I'd prefer it if they were adjustable. I've been looking on ebay and visited a few bead stores but haven't found what i need. I live in the Los Angeles area so any stores in the area or websites will be helpful. thanks!
