Cats eye gone pinkish around the lids and a bit swollen,suggestions?

Cats eye gone pinkish around the lids and a bit swollen on top
the cat's eye has been like this for a day and still the same (hasn't gone worse), he is squinting a bit and som tears come out.
it's only one of his eyes and i dont see any scratches or anything around it and he can still see ok
wat shud i do?

What would you do if it were you...go see your doctor? Take her to the vet. She only has one set of eyes. Don't mess with it yourself. Leave it to the experts to examine her and do whats best.
