First Car: Advice: 1988 Ford Bronco II?
Hey everyone. I'm a 14 year old male who just bought there first car, which is sort of a fixer-upper. Its a 1988 Ford Bronco II XLT with 4 wheel drive, working A/C, AM/FM radio, and a 2.9L V6. It runs good, it just needs a 10$ part to quit leaking oil. I'm getting free running boards, 4 brand new steel rims, and a CD AM/FM radio with the truck, all for $700. I owe my parents a few hundred dollars, but I'm already working to pay it off. The interior has some torn seats, and the dashboard is blackened by the sun, but thats not too big a deal. Also, the outside has a little bit of rust and both fenders are rotted. I think I made a good decision, but what do you guys think?
Cant go wrong with the Bronco 2. Had two of them go over 300k miles with very little maintenance.
