Where to jack up trailer?
I've been given an old 26' power boat that needs some work and its on a Tandem Axle trailer. The trailer tires are flat and have been flat for awhile so I'm going to replace them to move the boat to my place. My question is where should I jack up each side? The boat has to stay on so theres going to be 4000-5000 (guess) lbs on the trailer. Should I jack at the suspension point between the two tires?
put the jack as close to the tire as possible on the axle of the tire you are working on.
