Whats wrong? 5 gallon 125 psi max Black Maxx air compressor?
I went to plug in my compressor today but only had a small extension cord. When I plugged in the compressor it didn't have enough power to run it. The compressor came on but was not running smooth. I unplugged it after 15 secs. I then went straight to an outlet and plugged the compressor up directly to it. The compressor will only hum very quietly and not work. I checked the wiring on the compressor and do not see anything visibly wrong. Anyone know how to fix it? The compressor is about a year old and I have never had a problem with it before. Any advice would be appraciated.
