People who live in their motorhome and travel around are called full-timers.?
What does the government do to have all these people serve jury duty since they are always on the road?
The full-time vagabonds have lived their lives, are retired, and enjoying themselves.
The local governments had plenty of years to put them on jury duty. (I suspect most have done their fair share in the past.)
Leave them be. They have contributed enough -- or, they wouldn't be able to afford the motorhome!
In any event, it will only be for a decade or so before old age catches up with them, and they have to leave the road.
