I am getting a shock when I turn/off light switch and when I touch metal, even when I touch tv remote?
These days I get a shock when I turn light switch on and off and when I touch metallic things, example, when I touch the tap , even when I touch tv remote, surprising I am getting the shock when I pass by any switch. Is this normal or related to health problem?
some people have a naturally high electrical capacitance. But everyone gets static shock from time to time. Some people get it more than others.
It can also depend on your clothing, the type of carpeting, and of course the air too. Very dry air helps create a lot more static electricity.
