how do i register a utility trailer if no title?
im thinking of buying a utility trailer from a roomate whos moving out, but he has no pink slip or title to it, but i know he's had it for over 10 years. how do i register it if i buy with no paperwork?
My state does not require a title (or plates) for such a trailer. If your does, then it is up to the seller to provide you with a title. It is not your job, nor should it be.
